The Project
“Campo di Brenzone” is a small uninhabited settlement on the eastern side of Lake Garda, set in a landscape of great environmental importance. His few houses are deeply degraded and some of them next to collapse.
The project includes residential and hotel settlements that do not involve any new construction, in full compliance with existing spatial distribution, consolidation of all structures and restoration with finishes integrations. It is expected in the project also the adjustment of the narrow road that connects the core with the neighboring villages.

Professional services performed
A historical survey, metric and photographic survey, investigation of materials, technologies, structures, and degradation, stratigraphic surveys and laboratory analysis design through all RIBA passages and Works Direction.
